Are you a mobile service?

Yes, we are fully mobile across Somerset and North Somerset.

How can I book my vehicle with you?

You can contact us by phone, email, via the website here or any of our social media messaging options.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, card, Last Details gift vouchers or BACS* payment options.

How long does a valet take?

It varies dependent on factors such as service type and vehicle condition. Further information can be found on the 'Our Services' page.

What if I need to cancel or rearrange?

We ask you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your visit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will be liable to 100% the cost of the visit.

Can I book regular visits to look after my vehicle throughout the year?

Yes! We offer a popular Maintenance Valet programme to ensure your vehicle keeps clean, to a schedule that works for you.

What happens when bad weather is forecast?

We aim to complete all bookings as planned, but if the weather is too bad to complete the work we will rearrange to a mutually agreed date.

Are you able to remove scratches on my paintwork?

Scratches to a certain depth can either be removed or minimised with machine polishing. Deeper scratches where paint has been removed cannot be fully polished out.

I'd like to protect my new car. What are your options?

We have either New Car Protection option or Ceramic Detail to ensure your new purchase is well looked after.

Do you valet caravans, tractors and other vehicle types?

Yes! We can look after just about any vehicle you can think of! Whatever you own, we can provide a personalised quote for.
